Our story
Lync Systems began in 2018 with a small group of passionate graduates from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (then The Polytechnic), led by founder Yusuf Chimole.
What started as a shared love for building meaningful technology became a mission: to help organisations thrive through smart, practical digital solutions.
Today we're a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and technology professionals. We work collaboratively, hold a high technical bar and build for long-term value.

Founded
Yusuf Chimole starts Lync Systems in Blantyre to build high-tech and IoT solutions.

A growing team
Five graduates from The Polytechnic (now MUBAS) join, with a focus on teamwork and youth empowerment.
